Refunds

We have a "NO REFUND" policy however refunds can be made in exceptional wherein the product is out of stock and can't be fulfilled. 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order at any time before the order is processed. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order is shipped. "Return & Exchange" policy will be applied once the order has been dispatched.

Exchanges

Any product bought from mishalakhani.com can be exchanged in size or color from the online store only, within 7 days of receiving the product. Provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state.

Products cannot be exchanged at our retail locations.

  • We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or if the product delivered is faulty.
  • We do not exchange accessories once dispatched unless it has a manufacturing defect.
  • No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
